Deep Space Stories is a dedicated role playing community of Elite Dangerous players. It's main aim is to provide an RP friendly environment for the players that would like to immerse themselves in the Elite: Dangerous universe and play the game without having their immersion spoiled by someone that doesn't role play the game.

It is not mandatory to play in the group all the time. In fact most of us play in Open Play. The group is there to be a role player's safe haven, where you can jump in whenever you feel like you want to have a nice and uninterrupted RP session of Elite: Dangerous.
